hello, my name is karandip singh. i submitted my file at vfs jalandhar office on 9-june 2016. after submitting the file, when I reach home after submitting, I found that i had missed my signature on family information form IMM5645E and also missed signature on vac consent form. i am verry worried and nervous, please tell me what will happen, can i get rejection due to this..

so according to you, it will not cause visa rejection but the application will be returned to me and thereafter i can submit it again under spp by completing document formalities.
Yes thats correct. It will be returned to you. All you need to to is fix it and mail the package again.
Processing of your application will not start until the visa office checks that it is complete in every way, including for signatures. So, your application will not be refused.

so, how much delay will be caused due to this.shall visa officer demand that incomplete form via email and then i can send it via courier or via vac or by online ? i heard that ircc will not give 2nd chance, it will either accept or reject application. is application rejection means visa rejection?

i heard that ircc not give anyone a second chance, they will either reject or approve visa. is it true? if it is true i will not be able to apply under spp again
Are you sure about the signatures? VFS staff would have checked for this + signature on the VAC consent form when you submitted your application.
Do send a Case Specific Enquiry (IRCC Web form) + an email to the relevant visa office requesting to return your application so that you can sign it

yes i am sure that i have not signed on family information form and vac consent form. my application status on vfs global tracking service is showing that the processed passport has been forwarded to new delhi visa office.

It is true if the application is accept and they send you AOR. For a missing a signature, your file won't pass the AOR stage, hence only a returned application
Isn't all application packages were supposed to send to CIO-Sydney? How does outland VO come into play?
i got rejection stating that i would not leave Canada at the end of stay : purpose of visit and 2nd reason of your proposed study is not reasonable in light of one or more: your qualification, previous study, missing mark carda, gap in study, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future plans and prospects.
my application was incomplete (signature) i got rejection stating that mentioned reasons without returning file to me.
