Missing Points for spouse (canadian) year of work. Am I doing something wrong ?

Hi all, (EDITED)
in the EE profile setup we wrote that my wife worked:
8 months (from June 2015 to March 2016) in one place. In Canada
9 months (from March 2016 up to now) in the current job. In Canada

It is more than 1yr. So we should be given 5 points.
Do they have to be in the very same working place ? There is no mention of this in CiC as far as I know.

Thanks all for the help.

We're talking Canadian work experience right?

Is it skilled work experience? Is she working full-time?

Spouse don't get any point for foreign work experience. Except she's the principal applicant then there would be an issue there if that's the case.

hi, thanks for the reply.

No student,
8 months (from June 2015 to March 2016) in one place. In Canada NOC 1432 FULL TIME 40 hours a week, no self employed
9 months (from March 2016 up to now) in the current job. In Canada NOC 1432 FULL TIME 40 hours a week, no self employed

I reported a bug in EE profile, don't know what else to do.
I'm pretty sure we wrote exactly as above for each fields.

NOC 1432 is skill Level C. Because it is not classified as skilled work, it is ineligible for points.

owwww is this the reason then ???
I didn't find anything in regards of this could you please list me the source of that ?
I thought that for the spouse they were just looking at Working Experience.
Why isn't it considered skilled work ?

Thank you for the reply though.

Type the NOC and you'll see it is "C" level. It is not skilled work experience.

Because it's not a noc 0, A or B noc.

Use the find my noc tool here to get a quick idea of the skill level.

thank you both,
but I still don't see where it is written that the spouse job must be into A/B in order to get 5/7/10 points.
Is there a thread for that ?

They get points for SKILLED work. CIC define skilled as noc 0, A and B.

ok,
I guess the only way is tho see if she can change her title into a NOC B at least.
She has a Bachelor degree and she actually does many more things in the company.
Is it possible to change it while the whole process is still in place ?
Does HR have a NOC code assigned per each employee ?

No they don't. It's her responsibility to find a noc code that best matches her role.
