In my passport, my middle name was also mentioned. In most my documents, my first name is like what I have in my passport (i.e., first name + middle name + last name). However, in some documents, like my bank statement and tax forms, my middle name has not been mentioned because in those documents I put them in the middle name field, so some places don't include middle name by default.
In the express entry profile (post ITA), where it says "Has this person ever used any other name?" in the personal details, should I answer "YES" and then put my First name + last name, or should I choose "NO"? If I should choose "YES", for the "Type", should I choose "Nickname" or "Other"?
