Missing issued date on the working reference

Could anyone please tell me what could happen to the application if the issued date is missing on the working reference? Every details including annual salary, job duties and dates of employment, signature from senior and company chops are included. Does CIC accept complete ones issued by companies sent to CIC later??

CAN I courier the complete reference to CIC one day afterwards? Would any chance for them to tie them together?

Generally this will not effect your application , any how to be on safer side mail them letter with issue date , along with a cover note explaining all this

Another question is...

Btw, my husband is the owner of a limited while his name card shows his another title. As the owner he signed my working reference. Should I attach his name card too？
