usually sometimes entries are missing due to some reason. there is nothing that can be done about it.
I had similar issue. CBSA can correct an incorrect entry but can't enter a missing entry.

try it. they won't fix it. I tried and they told me that they can fix incorrect entries and correct them but they can't add new entries.

Have you applied for citizenship already or not?

not yet but planning to apply. will that be a problem for my citizenship application? i am remaining all the bills, receipts and employment proof after that entry.

the report looks weird because there is no entry record between two of my exit records.

are you talking about entries or exits from Canada? What year and month it is? If you are very concerned, just carry your evidence like credit card bills and purchase bills etc during interview to explain only if you were asked questions about your those missing entries. Also, considering the fact there are missing entries, try to gather extra buffer to cover up those entries and then apply for citizenship, that way you will have extra buffer. Usually when you apply for citizenship, apply with extra buffer like 1-2 months and also add the additional buffer to cover up those missing entries which should be in addition to those 1-2 months.

There are two land entry reports you can request: Traveller Passage Report (lists entries by name) and Highway Passage Report (lists entries by licence plate number). The first is what you normally receive when you request your entry record. If you want the other, which *may* have your missing entry, you need to supply the licence plate number AND attach proof that the plate belongs to you. The Highway Passage Report isn't as good as the other, because it's attached to a vehicle, not a person, but it's better than nothing.

Don't freak out about it. IRCC knows these records aren't always complete or accurate. Just keep some proof that you were in Canada during that period if it is requested. You might consider a cover letter explaining the discrepancy, but be careful--sometimes less info is better. Good Luck!

thanks you for your advice. i agree that less information may be better. what im concerned about is the residency questionnaire during my citizenship application. will they issue rq before or after the interview? if they normally issue rq during the interview phase, i will bring all my residency proof to my interview and explain the missing entry record if asked. what else can i do to avoid rq? advice please.

If RQ is bound to happen, it will happen no matter what. So, just stop thinking about it too much.
