Missing Birth Certificate

hello all experts here

I try to upload all the supporting documents to sponsor my mother for the Sponsor your parents and grandparents program 2023. When I try to submits the application, it indicated that Birth Certificate needs to upload. However, since my mother was born in China in 1959 and way back there is no birth certificate to issue from government of China.

May I know what should I do to overcome this last stumbling block ?

Please kindly advise ASAP.

Write a letter of explanation to explain why no birth certificate ,and add a para to request to submit alternative to prove date of birth and place by adding National ID ,Voter ID if any and passport, combine all in one pdf . Upload this letter. If possible get an self declaration affidavit as well and submit that along with other alternatives
