Missing Application Number, UCI and Biometric Letter

Hi All, Hope you are doing good. Seek urgent help.

I applied for my study permit via the old portal .Strange thing is that following things are missing from my my application on the portal
1. UCI Number
2. Client Application Summary
3. Biometric Instructions/ Collection Letter

Can someone tell if they have faced this situation as well and if yes , how did you tackle it.

Hi ,

Did you received any submission of confirmation letter after submitting an application.


I applied for my family but there is no application number or submission letter.

there is only just application fee transaction letter.
