Missing "Additional Family Information", application is returned, need HELP

I am new here and this is my first post. I currently have MPNP which is expired on May 30, 2015 and post-graduation work permit which is expired on Sept 06, so I am in really deep trouble right now. I have sent my application on March and they received my application on March 17, but today, May 11, I received a package from Immigration that contain my application. They returned my application because it's missing one form. The form is "Additional Family Information". And then on the letter, they also said that my MPNP is almost expired that is why I didn't meet the requirement. So is it still enough time for me to resend it again considering my work permit and MPNP will be expired soon? I am really in deep trouble right now because I only have limited time left. Today I looked for immigration consultant and using their service. She told me that she will help me to ask for extension on my MPNP if I don't have enough time. And then since AOR will take about 4 month to get it, she recommended me 2 options, 1 option is applying for bridge work permit on mid/end of August without AOR number and hoping to get the number before they process the bridge work permit and in the same time send a formal request to Ottawa processing office and tell them that my work permit is expiring and ask for them to priority my case. Second option is apply for temporary resident visa and wait till I get my AOR. My question is if I apply for temporary resident visa, is my MPNP still valid considering I can't work? Oh, she also recommended me to take medical exam with Dr Fogel Martin in order to avoid delay and RCMP since it's valid for 6 months. What are you guys opinions? I hope you guys can help me. As long as CIC receives your application before the expiry date of your application, you will be fine. If your certification is still valid, you must send your application immediately using fastest courier service.

Your lawyer told you the wrong thing. No one can expedite your case, unless it exceeds the time mentioned on CIC web. She just told you this lie to get your money. Be careful!

What do you recommend to me to do when it almost reach the time for my work permit expired and I still don't have AOR? Can I extend my WP without AOR and just using my PNP letter? Right now I have preparing all documents to resend it by tomorrow and I will use the fastest courier service since I don't want to delay any longer.

i would suggest immediately send back as u have still valid mpnp. 2nd call to mpnp to get work support letter which will help u
to get 2 yrs closed work permit. (in SINP we get from sask nominee programme which really help to get closed wp).
Meanwhile try to get renewed mpnp by explaining them your situation if possible. however u r very close to finish line of wp u should
not wait until AOR. use all options to keep your status live here. current AOR time is almost 3.5 to 4 months so will be hard for u to wait.
best way is closed wp with mpnp support letter.

You can try to get the MPNP support letter. Meanwhile, you can buy time by applying for work permit via paper. It will take long time to get decision and you can buy some time while you are on implied status. When you have AOR, you can apply again.

If all fails, you can apply for visitor visa. If CIC doesn't approve visitor visa, you are better to go home. You have to maintain valid status while the application is processed.

Beforehand, I would like to say thank you so much for your advice karenv and delta304.

Should I call MPNP asking for support letter before the expiration date of MPNP? or should I wait till Nova Scotia received my application or around end of June or early July?
If my MPNP is expired and I have sent my application to Nova Scotia, can I request to renew my MPNP just in case something wrong?
And then let say worst case scenario that CIC doesn't approve visitor visa, and I have to go home, does my MPNP still valid even though it is on processing?

Well i think mpnp will not issue another renewal letter unless u provide them cic's demand letter for
renewal approval. i have no idea how mpnp dealt with their own nominees . you can take risk for waiting
until your AOR becoz once u get aor then everything will good for you . u can apply bowp once got aor.

currently try to get work permit support letter from mpnp (i m not sure abt mpnp but sure abt sinp )
if they provide wp support letter ,then can get closed wp.

b honest call first mpnp and see how far they gonna help u

I checked around on internet and found that support letter is usually use for Temporary Foreign worker work permit. If my work permit is post-graduation work permit, can I use MPNP support letter to extend my work permit? Thank you

ya sure u can use . no matter what types
of your wp now. make sure u apply this type of
wp before your mpnp expired coz once it expired
u wil not eligible. cic will refuse on base of your
expired mpnp letter. i have seen some guys here
got refused for this reason. dontdelay if u have no
more time.

I have some question, I saw a post on internet and here it said

If you have obtained a job offer from a Manitoba employer after you were nominated by MPNP, the MPNP may issue a support letter for a work permit application.

This will allow you to apply for a temporary work permit at the applicable visa office. If you are currently employed in Manitoba on a temporary work permit, you should contact the MPNP two months before the expiry date of that work permit. We may provide you with a supporting letter that will allow you to apply to Citizenship and Immigration Canada to have your work permit renewed

it said that I should contact the MPNP two months before the expiry date of my work permit. Does it true or I can contact MPNP right now?
And then another question is, let say I use work support letter to extend my work permit and my WP will become close WP, if I get AOR, can I change it to open WP again?. Thank you

u cant change your wp once u got closed
its not possible for u to convert into open.
u should contact right away to get support
letter. if u want open then wait for aor.somebody
post in this forum that cic accept wp application
with ex numbr files. i m not sure abt it so do make
sure. that is the way to keep up your status open
wp holder.

I have contacted MPNP regarding how to obtain work support letter and here what they told me to.

Thank you for your e-mail. You will need to send us an updated copy of your employment letter if you are with the same employer, or if you have switched employer since your approval, you will need to send us your new job letter. You can send by e-mail and attach the letter. Make sure to put your file # on the e-mail and say that you are requesting a “work permit support letter”.

Once we received the letter, the officer will confirm with the employer for registration with MB Employment Standards WRAPA program. This is an on-line application for the employer and there is no fee. It is however a requirement for us to receive the confirmation from Employment Standards before we can prepare your work permit support letter. The officer will also advise the employer on how to complete the CIC requirement to fill out form IMM5802 and pay the $230 user fee.

When you submit your application for your work permit extension, you will need the letter from us and the receipt code from your employer.

I guess I have to ask my employer about it, and I am not sure if they really want to do this. Thank you

Best option is get help for qulified immigration lawyer. PR is important than money. your case is not complicated but may b u might
making somehow. better is dont waste time to find option. you already running out of time.
