Missed to include letter

Hi,

The immigration requested for my passport, appendix A and Photocopy of payment receipt and updated photo and I put it all in an envelope and dropped it in the drop box in Manila, However, when I'm reading back the letter I found out that I missed the bottom part of the email where there is a statement in BOLD letters to include a copy of the said letter.

What I did to correct my mistake is to email the embassy with the scanned copy of the letter.

My question is will it cause me delay in processing, if I missed to include the copy of letter(email) of the embassy requesting for additional documents? and my email be sufficient to correct my mistake or should I dropped a second package in the drop box?

Sincerely

i think it will be okay if you send the letter and insert a separate letter explaining why you are sending it separately... just a thought :) and make sure you always put your file number in every correspondence you send. good luck :)
