Missed the medical exam deadline - What to do next

I got a medical request for mother in law super visa but due to family emergency we were not able to do it in 30 days time. What should we do ? I have raised a form through this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx . Just wondering what should I do,

1. book the appointment for her any way and get the medical done ?
2. Wait for the email reply ?
3. Call them at 1–888–242–2100

Book the medical and get it done asap. Don't wait for an email reply. One you get the medical done, submit a webform letting IRCC know.

Hello Everyone,

I recieved request for medical examination request on May 9th ,2022 but I was out of country and didn't have access to my laptop. Now when I am reading this request I found it was only valid for 30 days, which has passed already.

Is there a way I can ask cic to send a new request for medical examination.

Can I do it through web form.

Raise a webform and explain this. they might respond with a new request

We are in the same shoes. I got an email I have been rejected on the basis I didn’t provide medical Report.
It’s bad luck for my as immediately I fixed my computer this February I got the message and IRCC didn’t send me an email
