Hi, Just want to understand what was the reason for missing the email (so that I won't make the same mistake?). Was it in the spam folder or you guys just didn't check that e-mail at all or it was something else ?

Is the email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca ??
I have emailed the Delhi-High commission regarding this.
I received my Invite to submitt the passport on JAN24 , i was supposed to apply before FEB24 , now it is April 12 .... That is why i was very concerned and worried ... Will this be a big problem??

Did they gave u visa?

Hi Everyone !

In response to my inquiry through IRCC webform I learned that an email was sent to me on May 6th. I never received this email. If it was a passport request than i have already missed my deadline. I did let me know through the webform. But feeling anxious. Did you receive an extended deadline from IRCC?

It happens a lot. Just email them, they send a new one usually

PPR letter comes in your CIC Portal, when you login to the portal there is a message to submit your passport as your application is approved. On your email account which is registered with CIC portal, it just write you an email that there is a new message waiting for you in your CIC Portal, please login and check

I got my PPR letter on April-01,2021 and unfortunately I saw this email on April-20, 2021. I am not able to submit my passport as the VFS Delhi service is suspended until April-30, 2021 due to Covid Curfew.

By that time, my 30 days will be over. Will my passport be accepted after Covid curfew is ended? Will I be allowed to send my passport after 30 days? will they accept my passport?
