Missed Biometrics Instruction Letter

Hi is there any of you who have experienced missed the 30 days for taking the biometrics. I already email and explained the details of my case. We oversight the letter thats on the Spam folder. TIA

did u notice an addional line in ur ecas? abt sending the letter to u
