Misrepresentation

Hi,

My application is in progress and i would like to know if i apply for a divorce now will i be asked to submit the legal documents before the PPR or will be considered as misrepresentation while i send it during my PPR.

Kindly clarify the same for me.

If i have initiated the process and haven't got any legal documents in hand during PPR or COPR what other documents can be given to substantiate my case.
