Dear sir ,
Previously, I had applied for my study visa for MBA Program in University canada west. But the embassy has put a ban on me because they are saying that my bachelors degree is fake. But I have provided them with all the documents from my university stating that my documents are original. But the embassy is sending me the same reply again and again. Can u please tell me what to do. Please help me.

Honestly, if the Canadian embassy keeps insisting it’s fake, check in with your agent if a fraudulent document was used in the application. Cause this only happens if they’re unable to verify the document submitted or if their checks don’t match with it

If you have been banned from misrepresentation, then you need to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to try to overturn the misrepresentation finding.

Why did IRCC think your bachelor degree was fake? Was your bachelor degree a full 3-4 year program where you attended classes full time in person at the school? Any chance it was an online degree?

I’m sure it was a genuine bachelor’s which was altered. Probably did a few corrections on it

The reason why I asked the questions I asked is because we sometimes see cases here where the bachelor was obtained through a diploma mill. While the document is technically real and unaltered, IRCC classifies this as misrepresentation since the school is a diploma mill (i.e. where you effectively pay money to get a degree without doing any of the work). This may be what happened here in which case there is no point in appealing.

That could also be it

If you have already been banned its too late to send new documents. Before the ban they send you a procedural fairness letter which was your chance to respond. Now your only hope is the lawyer as mentioned above if you are in time.

It's my bachelor degree and it's not fake and also I have it evaluated from WES. And the transcripts were send directly from my university to WES office in canada

Same happened to my cousin. Your only option is to hire a lawyer from Canada and challenge your misrepresentation in federal court. If you want to know what happened in my cousin case. The embassy put misrepresentation on him for fake degree but the degree was genuine. We provided every possible document to show the degree is genuine but they still put ban on him. So we took our case to federal court but fortunately our case was settled outside the court and the embassy granted him visa. If you think your degree is genuine you have high chances of winning the case. Now things to keep in mind. First you have only 60 days to goto federal court from the date of your refusal . Second you can only produce the documents in court which you have already submitted in embassy with you application. No new documents will be reviewed by the court.

Your degree is not fake in your opinion doesn't mean it's not fake. Immigration makes their decision based on the facts presented to them, not your opinion on whether the degree is fake or not.

Where did you get your degree from?

Your only option has been well explained above, you just have to weigh the cost if its really worth it, otherwise life can continue somewhere else.
