I've a representative in canada who is saying that at the initial stage a lawyer will only write an application to ircc, moreover i want to know that is ircc consultant are capable to do that?

You need a lawyer at this point, otherwise you're paying a consultant to pay a lawyer, which seems redundant to me.

Appealing a misrepresentation ban is difficult. You need a legit lawyer, not a consultant.
