Hello guys.....my consultant applied for study permit on 12 aug and after 3 working days i got rejection stating the OTHER REASONS
(Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.)
My consultant said me that we can re apply the application with a supporting letter from college so she applied my application on 21st Aug and m bad luck that i again got the rejection on 28th of aug with same OTHER REASONS with an additional point of all mark-sheets not on file
(Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, gap in studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, all marksheets not on file.)
Here is my profile:
10th- 69%
12th- 57.4%
Btech in CSE 69%
IELTS Overall 6(5.5,6,6,6.5)
We applied for Computer Engg Tech-FAST TRACK in Fleming college.
College fees receipt and GIC recipt was attached too.
Our consultant said that we applied under SPP both the times, 2nd time too we attached a supporting letter from college and sent this revised visa app.
I think i was rejected because we applied of app late as deadline for study permit under SPP is 1 Aug which i got to know later. Guys please tell me the possible reasons for rejection of my visa both the times. Now planning to apply for Jan intake in Wireless Info Networking in same college. under general category with proper papper work. Give your view guys and please tell me why was i rejected both times.

Your consultant is an idiot. After you have been refused under SPP once - you cannot apply under SPP again. If your consulant applied under SPP the second time - a refusal was guaranteed. I would start by firing your consultant.

i second that ..ur consultant is certainly an idiot

Your consultant did a bad job. there is nothing like "rejected because we applied of app late as deadline for study permit under SPP is 1 Aug which i got to know later". Visas are approved based on available facts. How sure are you that your consultant is competent? Alot of time, you know more than the consultants.

We see consistently on the forum CIC refusing student visas to those who apply for a lower qualification (e.g certificate/diploma) in the same subject they already hold a higher qualification in (Bachelor/Masters/ phD). You seem to fit this profile and got bounced. As has been pointed out your consultant is not competent.
