Misguided-2nd Rejection-NEED HELP GUYS!!

Hello guys.....my consultant applied for study permit on 12 aug and after 3 working days i got rejection stating the OTHER REASONS
(Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.)
My consultant said me that we can re apply the application with a supporting letter from college so she applied my application on 21st Aug and m bad luck that i again got the rejection on 28th of aug with same OTHER REASONS with an additional point of all mark-sheets not on file

Here is my profile:
10th- 69%
12th- 57.4%
Btech in CSE 69%
IELTS Overall 6(5.5,6,6,6.5)
We applied for Computer Engg Tech-FAST TRACK in Fleming college.
College fees receipt and GIC recipt was attached too.
Our consultant said that we applied under SPP both the times, 2nd time too we attached a supporting letter from college and sent this revised visa app.
I think i was rejected because we applied of app late as deadline for study permit under SPP is 1 Aug which i got to know later. Guys please tell me the possible reasons for rejection of my visa both the times. Now planning to apply for Jan intake in Wireless Info Networking in same college. under general category with proper papper work. Give your view guys and please tell me why was i rejected both times.

Brother, I don't recommend to go for Pgd after btech
Improve your band score to 6.5 and try in university for Mengg program as you have good marks in btech.
Or

Take a advice from good consultant.

Bro if i go for improving ielts then i can go only after jan i.e in May of Sept 2016. its would be so late for me because i have a education loan from the bank. i took advice from good consultant they consulted me well and said that i can go for university in MAY but they are not sure weather i will get my offer letter or not. So they said i should go for WIN program in fleming college with strong file and paper work as they said that i will definately get the offer letter for this PG diploma and then we can apply the case in embassy. I am not yet satisfied that why was my application refused..??

Bro but that course was a CET-fast track cousre...isnt it for graduates....it was for 2 yrs(direct admission in 2nd year) ....CET without fast track was for 3 yrs as its for undergraduate .

how could u apply for visa both times in spp category??if anyone is refused in spp category then he should go for apply in general category it is the rule of canadian embassy
