Hi team, My wife has a misdemeanor case in Ohio and the case was closed with a fine(No arrest). Later the records got sealed by request. And we did FBI check which came as nothing found. Now in the application, should we mention this? Please help. Thanks

If the question asks if you have ever been arrested or charged, yes. Because the background check goes deeper than the FBI check.

Essentially, you're asking if you should tell the truth. It's better to be upfront and explain the misdemeanor than try to explain to IRCC that you weren't trying to hide things.
