Misbehave by the border security officer at airport

I am little bit nervous to share my experience
To all of you. I had a multiple entry tourist visa for
10 years and i come to canada second time
I can stay only 1 month when i come first time
Second time i cant satisfied officer i think because
I just want to know whats the power of officer had
And is there anyway to know how much time they can
Gave me

The officer has the power to decide how long you are allowed to visit Canada - and also has the power to refuse you entry into Canada and send you home. There is no way to know for sure how long a visit they will give you until you arrive in Canada.
