For minors birth certificate if I don’t have birth certificate can I provide pr card or ,proof of landing ,national id instead of birth certificate

The purpose of the birth certificate is to proof that the kid is yours, as most the birth certificate has parent's names written on it.

You're obviously have had to provide the same for the minor when you applied, get approved and landed here. I can't seem to comprehend why you're saying that you do not or, "if you don't" have a BC for the minor. You only need to send a photocopy anyways.
