Hi, I'm a minor visiting Canada alone to meet my friend in Canada, and I don't have any family member in Canada. When I was answering questions, I checked "NO" for "Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?" and "NO" for "Are you currently, or will you be living in Canada with a parent or legal guardian for the entire period of your stay?" Did I do it right? And why it required IMM5646 form?

1. A IMM 5646 is not required as you are not intending to study.
2. The problem is that IRCC is unlikely to issue a visa to minor without a guardian in Canada.
