Minor Study Permit - IRCC employment letter query

Hi All,
For 6 year child study permit, case processing center has requested for Employment letter, did any one come across this situation? Request letter is sent on my son name and not asking for father/mother employment details.

Employment Letter: Please provide Employment letter and Pay Stubs.An official document printed on company letterhead stating that you, in whose name the letter is printed, will be employed in Canada for a specified period of time by that company. It must list your name, the details of your employment in Canada. This must be received at this office by
