Minor Study permit expired_ PR application in process: ADR requested

You applied for restoration and extension of study permit so nothing to do. Your child needs to maintain status during PR process so that is why you were asked to do it. PR application may not continue until child has valid status. Nothing to do at this point.

Hi there. I am in a somewhat similar situation and my child's visitor visa has already expired - so he is out of status currently. I couod not sponsor as i was not meeting RO. I and my wife are PR. I recently completed my RO and applied for inland sponsorship.
are there chnaces of approval in this case?

There's no inland sponsorship for minor dependents. It will be treated as an outland application.

Thanks I understand that. Question was more on if the application can be processed if the minor is out of status (similar to what we have for spouses)?
