A minor at the age of 1 entered the USA on a 10 year tourist visa and returned 12 years later back to India at the age of 13. (So no legal ban or issue) Now the person is 21 years old and is applying for a certificate program to Canada under the student visa SDP. Would the previous overstay affect the chances of obtaining a student visa?
