Minor citizenship application 5(1) or 5(2)

Hello, I have recently applied for citizenship online for me and my wife. Now, I am confused as to which form to submit offline for my minor child as we can't submit online for minor. Can someone who had the same situation let me know which form they filled 5(1) or 5(2)?

As per my best knowledge family has to apply together on paper, it is not an option for parents to apply online and send minors by mail.

5(2) is specific for minor kids of Canadian citizens, or if sent with the parents application as a family package.
Since you and your wife are PRs, not citizens, and applied already, you have to go with 5(1) for your kid.
