Can minor children of visitors attend primary or secondary school in Canada without a study permit?
Not sure if it makes a difference or not, but the children are USC.

I don't think as a visitor, one can send children to schooling in any country. Definetely not possible in the country I am living in at present. Don't think so it is possible in canada as well.
