I am minor.
I came along with my mom she is also on visitor status.
We both came to visit my biological brother and his family.
I am loving canada want to do my schooling here.
I got an opportunity from a school they said they can provide admission.
Can I change my status ?
What are the chances of approval

Is this for high school or college / university? Assuming it's for high school, you are very late in applying for the start of September classes. However it's possible CIC may approve all the same. Tuition will cost around $15K per year assuming you are attending a public high school (more if you plan to attend a private high school) since you're studying as an international student. On top of that, you'll need to show you have an additional $10K to cover living expenses. So overall, you or your mother will need to show a bank balance of $25K in Canadian dollars to have a chance of being approved. Additionally, CIC typically wants to see that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This may be difficult to prove if you are already here on a visitor visa along with your mother and your brother is living here permanently. However you can certainly try.

Hopefully your mother is aware that even if you're approved for a study permit, this won't allow her to remain in Canada with you.
