Do i need to fill my daughter details in this section even if she is canadian citizen and she is 2 years old ???? :-[ or Do i need to put N/A??

Everyone whose child is going to school whether citizen or not has to fill out details.

No she is not at school age only 2 years ....

I think i should fill the name part and check mark - not at school age in the form , and from date/to date and school name will Be N/A???

Yes that's fine. You can also explain it in a cover letter. But including " Not at school age" in the form is a good idea too because if they don't see any details they may return your application.

Section G has an option to specify (Check-box) that the minor child is NOT School-aged
