Minor Application- Original PR Card asked..

Hello,

I got an update today "Send us the original Permanent Resident card. The Permanent Resident card will be returned to Immigration officials once citizenship is granted."

Anyone got similar email..

Pretty straight forward for us. We had three children applying with my wife - 1 minor, 1 as minor at the time of application, 1 18+ applying as adult.
No request for any addnl docs; used letters from school and class reports for identification. The younger two weren’t even required to come at the interview.

Congrats. Looks like the application is complete. You should receive the citizenship certificate in mail in some time.

Yes.. its complete.. they requested PR Card to issue citizenship certificate and mentioned that PR cards will be returned to immigration officials
