Minmum wage is matter in CEC??

Hi all

My employer is giving job and its NOC is 9213 but my wage is 14$ which is minimum in Ontario.Also i have visited some lawyer and they said minimum wage will create problem in your PR.I just want to know from you guys,is 14$ per hour create problem in PR process??

Yes - you should assume it will be a problem. If you are really a supervisor and have supervisor responsibilities, why are you being paid minimum wage.

This is what IRCC won't understand and they will doubt you are actually doing a supervisor role.

Hi! We have the same situation. My NOC is 1311 and been paid minimum. Did you submitted your application already?
