Hello we got positive decision as family , minister appeal against kids as they born in Dubai , RAD return back the case to RPD for redetermination and possible second hearing , I applied for PR and kids included, still waiting nothing from RPD , what is going to happen if I got second hearing or PR approval ? Is there any effect ?
