Dude, stop creating thread after thread. Use the search function instead. There is no wage requirement.
You're ok to apply.

Where does it say that it must be, this is the average. And for CEC applications this does not count.
As long as you're somewhat close.

Minimum wage is generally not tied to NOC code. For instance in Ontario:

http://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/es/pubs/guide/minwage.php

If you have an exceptionally low wage for your particular job then it could cause doubt about validity of your CEC application, however, it will not on its own be enough to deny your application unless it is below legal minimum wage.

Is they gonna question me in my case? :o

You need to ensure the job duties conforms to 1212 not 1311 which is not eligible any longer. Cic will not reject ppl based on salary, but they may perform further review if the job duties written in your letter is authentic if they think your salary is lower than the norm.

I am 110% sure that duties listed are of NOC 1212. BTW I know it because I have duty letter for both the NOC's: 1311 and 1212 prepared by Immigration consultant. Both has vast difference. :)

As far as I know CEC cannot deny my application on basis of my salary.

So you are good to go if your salary does not vary significantly from the average. Good luck!
