Minimum wage requirement for CEC

Hi
I'm working as CNC machinist for last one year. My wage is 14$/hr but when I checked in job bank it says 16$/hr. I started this job in 2017 at that the minimum wage in Ontario was 11.60$/hr. I had only entry level experience when I got this job based on that they agreed me to pay 14$. I asked my management to raise my pay but no decision have made yet. So my Question is does my pay really matter or affect pr application through express entry. Need advice

Have at least 1 year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada. Apply within 3 years of obtaining your skilled work experience. Have had legal status while working, or studying, in Canada. Meet minimum language levels in English or French.
