I have done FSC (pre_engeenring) and I got admission in Stouffville College in Toronto to study ACCA.

I will submit my application on 5th of November (INSHA ALLAH). My classes are starting from 24 of January 2011.

It is a college, sounds reasonable to me but I'd strongly suggest you to submit your IELTS with your application. You would like to show that you are a serious student and have worked on your language skills. Let's face it, if your English is poor you can't succeed at a college level. 6.0 IELTS is adequate for your studies.

Everything looks straight forward to me in your case. Just include a strong SOP and make your financial part strong. You are good to go.

I did not find the word affiliations written on the supplemetary/family composition form.

They are asking information about this.
