What is the minimum time taken by the CHC islamabad to grant a visa?
How late can you submit an application for the january term?

Depends, my cuzin got within 2 weeks.Although it can take as long as 3 months too.i got my medical just after 6 days.Now waiting for the passport.

Submitted my file on 25 october,2010 via Fedex. I was told that I'd hear something within 15-20 days from CHC regarding my case.

The guy who was checking my docs on the counter at Fedex office. (Maybe he has more experience on this because he recieves docs all the time from CHC.)

After checking all my docs, "He said that your docs are all in order and you'll receive your medicals in 15-20 days."

well, he was more optimistic than me...he used the word medicals...and I am using the word "something"......

I hope I will get to hear good news.

I could let you know the whereabouts of their office in islamabad but their site has been hacked by some idiot a couple days ago they are now under maintenance.

My college did not require ielts, but I have 6 score in ielts. Is this is necessary to put ielts card into the application?

you see, low level colleges do not require ielts. Good universities/colleges require ielts as part of their application. And, they exempt those applicants who have done their schooling in English medium, like O/A levels etc

what are you going to study at college? what have you done earlier academically?

Please answer this. Then I will advise you further.

because 6.0 is not a good ielts score if you are going to persue Graduate studies.
It might be acceptable if you are going to persue undergrad studies.

I personally think if you have not done your schooling in O/A levels then you must submit your ielts score it will create a good impression on your file - it will suggest to VO that you can study and survive in an English speaking country. How would he or she know that you have adequate language competency in order to understand your lectures at college and communicate with your professors. IELTS is for that.

IELTS is not listed on their checklist but to be on the safer side you must put it alongwith your application.

Hann IELTS do warna 6 band le kar undrgraduate course lo agar intermediate ya a level kiya hai....agar graduate ho to masters lo par atleast 6.5 bands lo.

IELTS institute ki requirment hai agar woh nhi mang rhay to sahi hai par phir bhi apnay visa k case ko strong bananay k liye karo nd atleast 6 bands lo...

I have done FSC (pre_engeenring) and I got admission in Stouffville College in Toronto to study ACCA.

I will submit my application on 5th of November (INSHA ALLAH). My classes are starting from 24 of January 2011.

ASAD please check my college and tell me about its reputation. I don't have any information about it.

I just apply in college and after their huge investigation, I got admission
