My SINP PR was approved under NOC 2173. I have been in saskatoon for 2 months. I am not able to find job for my profile. How many days minimum should i need to stay before i can move on to another province for job search.

There has essentially been a hiring freeze for 2-3 months due to covid in most industries. Yes you can move. Would make sure you keep all your records of your job searches and applications in SK.
