Can my case be strong or what ?
The minimum score that has been invited so far is 450. You need to increase your score.

Yes, you can improve your score by targeting IELTS score of 8777 for LRWS (CLB 9). IELTS plays a very important role in your CRS score, you can try different values in the calculators here and see for yourself how much of a difference IELTS makes to your CRS score.

Yes, if you have a minimum 1 year continuous work experience in a particular NOC which falls under NOC category either 0, A or B, you will be eligible. I am not sure whether you did your MBA in Canada. If yes, then any work done on a study permit will not be counted towards work experience, so effectively only the work that you have done post MBA will be counted.

great, well I did MBA Finance from Pakistan (Islamabad) and my experience counts after MBA right ?
Since you are an FSW candidate, the work experience would count as given in this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

It effectively means you can claim full time for your work experience after MBA and part time while doing MBA [at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time)]

Oh ok. So how did you attend classes? Was it distance or part time? Did you get your Masters assessed by WES?

WES ?

Well my office timings are from 8 am - 5 pm and my classes started from 4:30 pm to onward. In morning OFFICE and in the evening MBA, for 3 years i was in that routine, it was very tough but I managed it by will power.

This issue has been quoted by one of the consultant here in Islamabad. The guy said Canada Govt. will consider your work experience after MBA.

Now whats the solution ?

How many hours/week did you work on that job?

If it was paid work, falling under NOC 0/A/B and you can support that with a valid work reference letter, you can claim that experience. If you worked 30 hours/week, you can count it as 3 years of full-time experience. If it was less than 30 hours/week, you'll be credited with part-time experience.
