Minimum ielts score for spouse

Hi all,
I know spouse can earn the primary applicant upto 20 points in ielts, but my question is do those points have to be above a certain number to count? i.e. above 6.5 or does simply appearing in ielts and having yourself a score no matter how low counts towards obtaining extra points.
Im at 375 and wondering if having my spouse do ielts will be worth that. I know any extra points help but I want to know if its worth her taking it or not if she cant score above a certain limit.

Hi All,

I have doubt on spouse IELTS test.
My spouse wrote ielts and she got

Speaking-5
Listening -5
Reading -3
Writing -5

My concern area is Reading, can i use this score ? or does she need to take test again
Please guide me through this.
