Minimum entry criteria not met

Hello

I created and submitted express entry profile 5 minutes ago. The initial online evaluation says i do not meet initial entry criteria. As I check the application details, there is another message where it says it takes about 24 hours for my CRS score to show on application.
My question is that on recent completion and submission of application, if one does not become immediately eligible, still the application remains for the validity of one year and chances are it can become eligible based on changes in criteria requirements which changes on time to time basis?

If you aren't eligible then I think your application is rejected and doesn't sit in the system

Most people here are entering via FSW, do you have 67 points using this calculator?

Thanks for the response GavinSouthAfrica. I did the above calculator and it exactly comes to 67. I believe If I can try get a job it will still further go much higher

Remember you need minimum 1 year full time paid work experience in the NOC you apply under. Also make sure you are entering a correct amount of funds for you and any extra dependents.

Yes dr feras, I entered both info correctly and well above minimum threshold.
I am not sure if this is a right question to ask in this specific forum, but going ahead...
For provincial nominations to be obtained, is it mandatory to have a cic express entry profile created? I mean are there any ways and from any province if it is possible to obtain nomination or some sort of approval that might boost the express entry profile score. I am trying to find out anything other than having a job offer;
