Hi,

Min 30 Hrs, it's 1560 hours AND 1-yr of experience. so you need to wait until you've worked for 12 months to apply.

Hi, i got a problem regarding the number of hours. I worked for 28 hours/week in 3 weeks. So do i have to work for another three weeks( each 30 hours) or just need to finish the number of hours which i missed in 3 weeks time period for being a full time employee?

I seem to remember that any weeks where the number of hours is less than than the "full time" minimum, are not counted at all. You should probably make up the three full weeks. If I'm wrong, you then have more hours than you need but...

No, that's not correct. If you work "part-time" (fewer than 30 hours per week), you can use the experience, but you have to calculate it in terms of full-time equivalence. In this case, 28 hours per week * 3 weeks means you're short only 6 hours of the full-time equivalent. So work an extra week and you'll be OK.

is that still true if those weeks are part of the mandatory 1 year?

Yes

I should add that, any time you have part time hours, that automatically means you have to work longer than 1 year to meet the 1 year requirement.
