Im doing my MBA (Masters degree) from Pakistan. I cant seem to find the right reference or source to know whats the minimum CGPA required in Masters degree to gain points for Canadian immigration? Kindly quote references if you can. Thanks!

P.S : I heard a rumour its 2.9 minimum CGPA in your masters degree to be accounted for in gaining points towards immigration. I NEED VALID POINT OF REFERENCE TO CONFIRM THIS!

To answer your question: You will get points for your degree after it has been validated by WES or IQAS or CES. These agencies will ask for your degree, your transcript, etc, and will give you an ECA report that tells IRCC what your degree equates to.

AFAIK there is no minimum CGPA requirement for an ECA. If you actually received an MBA degree (i.e you completed your course and received the degree), you can get points.
