I AM SPONSORING MY WIFE AND CIC-M ALREADY APPROVED AND SEND HER APPLICATION TO CIC-ISLAMABAD FOR PROCESSING. MY WIFE IS PRESENTLY SERVING IN ARMED FORCES SHE HAS PLANNED TO LEAVE THE ARMED FORCES AND MOVE TO CANADA ONCE HER APPLICATION WILL APPROVE. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHILE WORKING IN ARMED FORCES CAN SHE BE ELIGIBLE FOR IMMIGRATION VISA AS SHE HAS DECIDED TO RESIGNED AFTER GETTING THE APPROVAL OF HER VISA APPLICATION. IS SHE FACE ANY DELAYS OR REFUSAL OF HER VISA.

Please don't use all caps when writing. Makes it difficult to read.

Yes, she is eligible for immigration to Canada as long as she meets the requirements of the class under which she has applied. Working for the armed forces does not affect that portion of the application. However, the security checks may take longer for anyone currently serving or has previously served in the military. No way to predict how long they could take. They wouldn't refuse her based on her service in the military alone. A refusal would occur if something came up that was negative on the security checks. And of course you know that you also have to prove that the marriage is genuine and not entered into for the purposes of obtaining status under Canada's immigration Act.
