Hi everybody.....first of all, I need to say this is such an amazing resource for somebody like myself who over the last few months has been trying to compile everything and muddle through this overwhelming process!!

I'm canadian and my husband is from the US, we are almost ready to send in our application (outland) and just waiting on his FBI check. I do have a quick question: My husband was in the Military and we have completed the section in the application regarding Military, just wondering if it would be helpful or necessary to include any military records that he has, or if we should just leave it and send them if requested??

Any info would be great....:D

Better give all the Military service details.

does it take more time for them to check a background if someone was in the military?

Yes, especially from some countries.

Thanks for the replies...we've decided to include some of the documents but not others as he's not sure if he should be including everything. His military involvement was pretty straight forward and we are gonna include stuff that relates to his duties/active duty. Anyway, cannot WAIT to finally get the package sent off....but i guess then i'll just start obsessing over the "waiting game". LOL..can't win!!
