Dear Friends,
My name is Rishabh Singh and I am in a pretty much confused state of life in making decision. I have 2 options available with me and i have to choose the option accordingly, I have an option of choosing between Dubai and Canada for permanent residency. I am not being able to decide which country should I choose and go ahead with it. It would be grateful if anyone can help me on this.

you can not get a permanent residency in Dubai , and you will not be able of getting the nationality there .

Well I advise you for canada ofcourse atleast you can go there get the nationality and then move to dubai or wherever you want but if you go to dubai you will get temporary residence visa only since they don't give PR or nationality
