I am graduate in Metallurgical engineering having 15 yrs experience in production of steel industry and my wife is a teacher .At present I am working in Kuwait as Production engineer.i have applied for Canada PR through express entry I have completed my WES and undergoing preparation of IELTS.

You’ll have to look at what jobs are posted but in general the steel industry has been hit hard by the Trump tariffs and has been in decline in the past 30 years. Your wife would likely need to return to school in order to become a Canadian teacher. What she will need to do will vary between provinces. Some provinces have a surplus of teachers already and in Ontario there will be quite a few lay offs due to a recent change in government.
