MIFI didnt received or lost the file , any advise

hello everyone i had a question as of today after 5 months that i applied for PEQ worker they reply to my Attorney email that they didnt received our file and ask us to provide the receipt of Canada post.
When we ask about rhe delays before they reply to my attorney saying that they cant procces the file as of Covid-19.
We send our Canada post receipt with the name of the person that received that day.
Did anyone or have you heard like this story before?
My attorney said to me that they are responsible and they have to work with the copy that we send to them today because is not our fqukt that they cant find the file.
Please if any advice will be appreciated its the worst scenario that i never thought to happen but MIFI is totally the worst that i saw

MIFI is known to lose documents all the time. It's not a big deal assuming you indeed have your receipt and can send another copy.

Nothing out of ordinary for Mofos at Mifi. Their own estimate of file lost is approximately 5%.

Push your attorney. If a famished lecher hasn't eaten it, file might be still around.

My attorney cc me to the email that send to them. She include the canada post receipt all the file scanned the bank draft and pf course she did the job and said that she will call tomorrow a supervisor to MIFI.
Were really stressed as our work permit are expired and we submit the documents 21 fzbruary a day before that our status get expired.
At the dame time we apply for closed work peemit.
My stress now is what will happen as the only chance that i might have is to procces the onz that i submit....
I had to cancel Arrima to go with PEQ worker to make it faster.
The attorney said that they can go with the scanned copy that we send even though they work with original but its not our problem why they cant find and they reply 2 time that they dont proced our file because of covid so they didnt checked at all...
Having a perfect file with everything that they require and i had Arrima too. To be in this point that i dont know what will happen its the worst.

The attorney has everything thanks god is one of the best in Montreal and she send everything scanned to MIFI but the problem is why i have to suffer with french B2(almostC1) &C1 my wife too B2 &C1 job more than 1 year .
A perfect file as attorney said and we had Arrima too but we canceled to go with PEQ worker to dont lose the status in Canada because Arimma took a life to ask documents...
Im going crazy with all this story, i just want my file to be processed and than if i dont deserv it its another thing but to play with family lifes only MIFI does this things

I assume (however I maybe wrong) that file lose is by nationalities also.

I dont know what really is the story what i know is that theyre breaking our spirits.
Im with my family we have 4 years paying for their faults start with bill 9 after with arrima they said 6 months and after they changed 6 for invitation 6 for documents...
I went to PEQ 20 business day and will be 5 months 21 that i apply and im in situation that I dont know what they will do if they will give me a hand to procces a scanned copy if they dont find our what....
I just want the file to be procces nothing else I just want for what I paid for no mercy.
To be in this position praying to God to just procces the file i never thought I will be but thats the life....
And I don't believe that a file got lost how does it come its not a pan...
Just waiting for what they will say after that I send the canada post receipt so they know who took it.
Let's hope everything will be ok.

Hopefully they trace your file, if not an explanation by your attorney along with scanned documents should be accepted as it's their fault and not yours.

That's what my attorney said as is their fault they can go with the scanned one.
Logically is the same because there things I can't provide a second time like the job offer from my boss with the date od 21 February when we're on July or bank draft...
Hopefully they will do something to "help" me in my rights.

Don't stress out buddy. It would be all good in the end. Evil never wins.

To all prospective students and workers, please stay away from Quebec. This province will harass you and break your morale. I have seen talented people going in depression because of xenophobic policies here. Most young people in Quebec are nice but they don't decide the policies. Canada is big and let's unite to stay away from here and choose other provinces where government is humane. Apologize to the Universities and companies here. Eventually they will have to close and move out as no one except the rulers gain from fascism.
