Middle Names- where to drop them..

Guys.. in entering name as passport... where should I drop my middle names??

I have 4 names in passport first middle last and father of grandfather!

And if by "drop" you mean exclude a middle name. My answer is NEVER on an important document like work experience letter, bank statements or college degree. I have a very long first and middle name but I squeeze it in everywhere.
