Middle name in Marriage certificate

I have submitted my PR application recently. I have a question regarding my Marriage certificate.

in my Marriage certificate, my Spouse name is written as "FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME LASTNAME".
however her passport, current visitor record, joint bank accounts only has "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME"

Will this be any issue???

Do I need to send any affidavit to CIC about this MIDDLENAME issue in marriage certificate.
I'm still worried they might raise a concern stating that SPOUSE NAME in PR application/passport/joint bank account(without middle name) doesn't match with Marriage certificate(with middle name).

its very common sense after married last name most of the time changed ....my wife has ony first name and second name b4 marrige ie birth certificate / after married she has 2 last name ....it was ok ..there will be no problem ...

I'm not worried about the last name change after the marriage.

My Marriage certificate has my spouse name as shown below

Before marriage - FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME LASTNAME-1
After marriage - FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME LASTNAME-2

however, Her Passport/Joint bank account(for last 2 yrs) has only

FIRSTNAME LASTNAME-2

will this be any problem..

There is NO change in name or error in spelling. You should not be worried with 'Missing' Middle name.
