Microsoft team interview missed.

Hi, I received the Microsoft teams citizenship interview email a month ago for today, unfortunately I was not able to attend it due to some technical issue. How should I proceed next ? I called IRCC explaining the issue and they told me to replay to the email I received a month ago saying that I had some technical issue to get my interview reschedule. So I did replay back to the email. My concern is, did someone else experienced this situation ? do I need to do something else or replaying to the email was fine and they will reschedule it for me. Any help would be appreciated.

First of all why have you waited a month to contact IRCC......secondly email back now telling them what happened, don't WAIT for a reply here from someone to back u up just reply now. What technical fault or reason did you have?

OP said they received email month ago and not technical issue. there was technical issue today so he/she could not attend it.

Hi , I did not "waited" a month to contact IRCC, I contacted them right after finding out I was having some issue connecting to Microsoft teams during the interview day today. As I mentioned above, I emailed IRCC right away explaining the issue, and asked my interview to be rescheduled. My concern is do I need to do something else ? the guy I spoke to the IRCC told me to replay to the interview email explaining the issue and asking to be reschedule, so that was what I did.
