Hello Punjabparam, to be true I am not aware of the same. However, people who ordered for CAIPS had to get their replies decoded from senior members n are equally confused like others. So i only send general mails for my status every 3-4 months.

Hi Param, the address for enquiry is delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca, the reason I did not bother to opt for CAIPS is that its expensive and does not show the real picture. However, though I used to get reply from them within 28 days, this time I haven't received any reply even after 40 days. Also last two times they gave a very generic reply....like please wait since we have received 425000 applications which is double the expectation. Your application may take upto two years.......They were playing safe and They sent this reply to many other people as well. Then pre 2008 applicants were also in waiting list. However, you should give it a try. Do mention your complete name, passport number, file number, date of birth.
